I will show you how to read or browse a website withot internet in google chrome.This method work with your browser cookies.so don;t delete your browser cookies.
1.At first open your google chrome and write on search bar chrome://flags/
2.then press the ctrl+f and write ''barEnable Offline'' on search bar
5.Then restart you chrome browser.

4.Click the show saved copy.
