If you want to make a small file or want to compress more file in one achive file then this tuitorial for you
At first you need to winrar software.
Download winrar on your pc if you don't have this software.
Step 1:
Select and Right click on the file you want to Compress and select
Add to Archive option.
Step 2: A window will pop up with various options. In
Archive name field type the name of your archive manually in the text box provided below.
Step 3: When creating a new archive, you first need to
select the archive format. ZIP
is preferable when you are not sure that a receiver of your archive has
WinRAR. Otherwise just select RAR, since it provides more options and
higher compression.
Step 4: Then click ok button from fotter .Now you have successfully make a compressed file.
